Cincinnati Dumpster Rental
H. Hafner and Sons, Inc. operates a complete roll-off container and dumspter rental service. 10, 20 and 30 cubic yard containers/dumpsters are available for rental. All prices listed below include 7 days rental free. Beginning the 8th day a $5.00/day rental fee incurs. If you need your box moved on-site during the rental period, there is a flat $75.00 fee. In the case that our driver is unable to access the box there is a $75.00 "dead run fee." We will make every attempt while at the job to contact workers on or off-site, however our drivers are limited to a 15 minute hold time. Dumspters containing 25% or less of sanitary waste will be assessed a $100.00 sanitary fee. Dumpsters containing more than 25% sanitary waste will be charged at the full sanitary rate. A $75.00 long distance fee may apply.
Dumpster rental prices include delivery, pick-up and disposal fee. No paint, tires, chemicals, batteries or any hazardous waste. Containers with dirt, concrete, or asphalt must be less than 1/2 full. Any other type of debris can only be loaded "level-full." 10 yard containers must weigh less than 10 tons. Both 20 and 30 yard containers must weigh less than 15 tons.

STREET PERMITS MAY BE NECESSARY DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION
If you would like to place your dumpster on the street it's no problem. However certain municpalities require that you apply for permits. Leave it to us. We will apply for and administer your street permit. The cost for this service is $96.00 for every 30 days.
Dumpster Rental: Brush, Stumps, Logs
Customers ordering dumpsters for brush, stumps and logs can only dispose of unpainted and untreated wood in these containers. These materials include brush, stumps, logs, bushes, and untreated and unpainted decking. Dumpsters containing any other type of debris will be charged at the sanitary rate.

Dumpster Rental: Construction & Demolition Debris, Clean Hard Fill
Customers ordering construction & demolition debris containers are allowed to place materials generally resulting from demolition. Said materials are defined as being permanently affixed to the structure during the demolition/renovation process. Rock, dirt and concrete block (clean hard fill) may also be disposed of. Brush, stumps, and logs are also acceptable.

Dumpster Rental: Sanitary Waste, Home/Garage Cleanout
Customers ordering sanitary containers may dispose of construction and demolition debris as well as materials falling under the definition of solid waste. These materials include but are not limited to furniture, clothing, mattresses and carpet. Liquid waste, batteries and tires are excluded.
